The lawful planning use of the Whitecote Caravan Park is covered by two planning consents:
- 2019/0198/CPP -A Lawful Development Certificate for the northern two thirds of the site which allows unrestricted use by any type of mobile home for residential or holiday use.
- 2019/1290/CPP – An appeal decision granting a Lawful Development Certificate for the southern portion of the site for occupation by any type of mobile home for residential or holiday use.
These were granted based on the lawful use of the site and were not planning permissions granted on the basis of the merits of the proposals. As such, in both cases there are no planning conditions or restrictions to the use.
